The Residential Finance Specialist (RFS) Course may be taken entirely by Home Study.
Upon completion of this registration, the CD-ROM Self Study Course (2 CDs) will be
shipped to the registrant. Allow two weeks for delivery. Instructions for completing
the course are included. There are quizzes at the end of each course segment to help
you guage your progress. After completing the course, you can take the final exam
online. The exam may be completed in one sitting, or you can log off at any time.
When you log on again, the exam will resume with the next question.
Membership in the Residential Financing Council (RFC), originator and owner
of the RFS designation program, is a requirement for obtaining and maintaining
the RFS designation. The first year’s annual dues in the Council are included in
the Home Study enrollment fee. Dues thereafter will be billed on an annual
basis. (Current annual dues are $110.00)
