The Instructor Kit includes an instructor’s version of the classroom text, course
objectives, teaching notes and a complete set of course videos.
Students who take the course by home study can make arrangements to take the written
examination through the school through which they have registered, or may select a
local proctor site (e.g. mortgage company, title company, real estate board, etc.) to
allow them to take the exam without unnecessary travel. The examination materials
are mailed directly to the proctor, along with instructions for administering the
exam and returning the completed materials to the Council for grading.

The Student Kit includes the classroom text materials and a complete set of video
training programs that cover all of the material in the course. Classroom
facilitators are encouraged to use segments of the video material during the
classroom presentations. Students are encouraged to review the videos while
taking the course and preparing for the exam, and to use the video materials as a
reference library, to “brush up” on the skills and information taught in the course
and to review periodically as problems or opportunities arise in their day to day
practice of their profession.
